The Cannie Hour
CD 2011

13 songs all written by myself and arranged by Christophe.

Inspiration for the songs came from all sorts of different sources: books, an ancient fairy tale, an emmigrant's letter home to his parents, a distant Scottish island called St. Kilda, my grandparents, a school friend's fear of ghosts... We invited some fantastic guest musicians for the first time which is very exciting for us, a string quartet of internatonally renowned musicians (named the "whisky and pistols string quartet" for the occasion!)
